Types of Tinkers and Their Harvest Rates:
Intern: Learns on the job, harvesting 0.001 $MOON/hour.
Researcher: Focuses on experimentation, harvesting 0.002 $MOON/hour.
Scientist: Oversees Interns and Researchers, harvesting 0.004 $MOON/hour.
Genius: Pioneers advanced strategies, harvesting 0.012 $MOON/hour.
Brain: Master of $MOON science, harvesting 0.05 $MOON/hour.
Union Contract Types:
1.) Basic Contracts: Recruits mostly Interns, sometimes Researchers
2.) Advanced Contracts: Recruits mostly Scientists, sometimes Geniuses
3.) Expert Contracts: Recruits mostly Geniuses, sometimes Brains
Recruiting Through Union Contracts: Union Contracts are your primary method for recruiting Tinkers. These contracts are obtained through:
Harvesting: Complete harvests to receive contracts as random rewards.

Missions: Complete specific missions like newbie challenges or fiat onramp tasks.

Lab Capacity and Upgrades Your lab's capacity determines the number of Tinkers you can have actively harvesting $MOON. To increase your production rate, upgrade your lab under the "UPGRADE" tab to accommodate more Tinkers.
